The P-5L2C portable microcomputer dust analyzer is a new generation of rapid dust measurement instrument based on the introduction of the Japanese Shibata P-5L2C portable digital dust analyzer and the addition of microcontroller control. It is suitable for the rapid determination of inhalable particulate matter (PM10) concentration in public places, as well as the determination of respiratory dust and total dust in environmental protection and labor hygiene aspects; Monitoring of dust concentration in production sites of industrial and mining enterprises. In recent years, about 1000 P-5L2 instruments have been used throughout the country, making it the best-selling product among similar testing instruments.
We have introduced a complete set of production, manufacturing, testing, and calibration technologies, equipment, and partial assembly components from Shibata Corporation in Japan, which comply with the Ministry of Health's standard "Method for Determination of Inhalable Particulate Matter (PM10) in Public Air - Light Scattering Method" (the only one approved by the Standards Committee in 1999), the labor industry standard "Light Scattering Determination Method for Dust Concentration in Air" LD98-1996, and the railway industry standard "Relative Mass Concentration and Mass Concentration Conversion Method for Dust Determination on Railway Operation Sites" TB/T2323-92.
